Fred Magne Skillebaek, 54, is the new juror from Norway for Car of the Year 2021. He replaces Rune Korsvoll who retires the Jury after turning 65 this year.
Fred Magne is working for the Aller Media Motor hub and he is the managing editor of the website elbil24.no, which is dedicated to electric cars. He also produces car related content to other Aller publications like Dagbladet (nr. two daily in Norway), dagbladet.no and dinside.no (approx. 1.5 million weekly readers).
In his 23 years as a motoring journalist, he has been working in several media, including the Norwegian edition of ‘auto motor und sport’ and Teknisk Ukeblad (Technical Weekly). He has a technical education and also restores cars as a hobby.
