The German model wins in Brussels in the final vote with 320 points and takes the crown from the Renault 5 E-Tech as The Car Of The Year.
Renault 5 / Alpine A290, Car of the Year
Europe has elected its new king. The Renault 5 (along with the Alpine A290) has become the Car Of The Year 2025. In a ceremony held at the start of the Brussels International Motor Show (which will return to the stage after the 2023 edition) and in a Eurovision style, the 60 members of the jury of The Car Of The Year award have issued their verdict choosing the best car in the automotive market in Europe.

Renault Scenic, Car of the Year
The new Renault Scenic has been proclaimed the Car of the Year 2024 in a ceremony that has taken place in Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS). The Renault Scenic E-Tech has achieved first place thanks to 329 votes obtained. For 22 Jurors, this SUV has been chosen as the best of the seven finalists. This is the seventh time that Renault wins the Car of the Year trophy which celebrates its 61st edition.
